Mont Terms of Service and Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the Mont website, app, platform, and non-advisory features. Advisory services are governed by the Investment Advisory Agreement and Form ADV disclosures. If these Terms conflict with the Investment Advisory Agreement for advisory services, the advisory agreement controls.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

3. Subscription Billing

Subscription prices, billing frequency, features, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any promotional offers are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are charged in advance to the payment method provided.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel through the app or by contacting support. Cancellation is prospective. Fees are not prorated or refunded except as required by law or stated in the purchase terms.

5. Payment Failure

Mont or its payment processor may retry failed payments, request updated payment information, suspend features, downgrade access, or terminate services after failed payment.

6. No Tax or Legal Advice

Mont does not provide legal advice. Tax-related features are educational or planning concepts unless otherwise expressly agreed. Users should consult tax and legal advisers for tax or legal advice.

7. AI and Model-Based Features

Mont may use AI-assisted and model-based features. Outputs depend on data, assumptions, and user information and may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Advisory recommendations are governed by the advisory agreement and disclosures.

8. User Content and Data

Users authorize Mont to use information they provide or connect to operate, improve, and provide the services, subject to Mont’s Privacy Policy and financial privacy notice.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may connect to custodians, data aggregators, payment processors, and other third-party services. Mont is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

10. Limitations and Changes

Mont may update features, eligibility, pricing, and service availability. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or contract.

11. Dispute Resolution
